The RSPB Big Garden Birdwatch is coming up next weekend – one of our favourite citizen science activities that everyone can take part in
It takes just 1 hour, to watch how many birds you can spot in your garden or green space. The perfect opportunity to get the whole family involved, or take some quiet time for yourself
Get your bird food supplies in, top up feeders, make sure there is fresh water available, then wait and see who visits
There are free resources available online to help you identify your visitors – https://www.rspb.org.uk/whats-happening/big-garden-birdwatch
Or let us know if you’d like a Wild Marlow sheet, with possible likely local species
All data submitted is incredibly valuable, to understand populations and trends in bird species
