Wild Marlow is inviting the people of Marlow to take part in its third photo competition, following the popular success of the 2021/22 event.

The competition is open to everyone - all ages and abilities - except professional photographers. The judges are looking for still photos – colour or black and white – taken by camera, smartphone or tablet, and the pictures must be taken within the Marlow area (SL7). Pictures can be taken in any season of the year, and there will be three categories: junior school child, senior school child, and adult.  

“Our previous photo competitions attracted a huge number of entries,” Verity West of Wild Marlow said. “It really showed the breadth and beauty of the wildlife in and around Marlow. The quality of the photos was outstanding and our 2023 calendar sold out! We’re hoping for even more entries this time, especially from the younger categories – so please get out your best pictures and enter.”

Each winning photo will be featured in the Wild Marlow Calendar for 2025. The overall winner will receive gift vouchers to the value of £100. Winners in the other two categories will receive gift vouchers to the value of £50. Runner-ups will receive prizes of £25.
